Weight management

Weight management is usually thought to be a matter of losing weight or body fat by adopting a dietary regime or following a special diet which may or may not include special nutrtional substances to enhance fat loss.
The bad news is that this approach t weight mangement is hampered by a 90% failure rate. In other words, very few people succeed in manageing their weight using this approach.
Weight management goes far beyond cahnging the diet. Weight management is about changing you, not your ability top lose fat!
